1. Warranty Coverage

What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?

  • Deterioration: Visible indentations greater than 1.5 inches that are not caused by improper support or use.

  • Physical Flaws: Splits or cracks in the foam material despite normal usage and proper handling.

  • Manufacturing Defects: Issues with the zipper assembly of the mattress cover.

What Is Not Covered?

  • Damage caused by factors other than defective workmanship or materials.

  • Transportation charges.

  • Comfort preference or normal wear and tear.

  • Body impressions or sagging less than 1.5 inches.

  • Damage from liquid penetration, cleaning fluids, or improper use of a washing machine.

  • Structural damage from using an improper bed frame or foundation.

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, burns, cuts, or tears.

  • Normal changes in the softness or slow recovery feature of memory foam.

2. Warranty Duration

This limited warranty is valid for 10 years from the date of your original purchase. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

3. Warranty Claims

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your mattress has a defect covered by this warranty, please contact us at suiforlun@hotmail.com with the following information:

  • Your order number and/or the name of the person who placed the order.

  • A brief description of the claimed defect.

  • Photos or videos documenting the issue.

What Will Suiforlun Do?

  • If a defect is confirmed, we will, at our option, either repair or replace the mattress.

  • The purchaser is responsible for any handling costs associated with the repair or replacement.

  • Any repair or replacement will not extend the original warranty period or start a new warranty period.

4. Limitations

  • This warranty applies only to mattresses used in the United States.

  • The warranty does not cover handles, as they are intended only for adjustment purposes and not for lifting, turning, or transporting the product.

  • The ticking cover on the mattress is warranted for defects in material or workmanship. Only the defective piece or part will be repaired or replaced.
